Contextos' landscape design and build team reimagined the entrance of this Central Coast residence with a bespoke, Yosemite-inspired riverbed landscape. Thoughtfully crafted in the studio and the field, the design integrates drought-tolerant plants, pollinator-friendly greenery, wood fencing, and natural stone elements.

From cobbles and pebbles to striking boulders that mimic the organic flow of a riverbed, every detail was installed with the skilled hands of the contexto landscape construction crew. During heavy rainfall, the riverbed naturally fills, enhancing the site's rustic beauty. A handcrafted redwood slab bridge seamlessly ties the design together, blending artistry with unexpected functionality.
